What you give us

The booking form asks for your name and phone number. Everything else on it is optional:

• Your email address, if you would rather we replied that way.
• A preferred date, so we can offer a time near it.
• Your registration and state, or your tyre size, so we can check we have the right parts.
• The service you want, and any notes you add.
• Which workshop the request is for.

The fleet application asks for your business name, ABN, contact name, email, phone, how many vehicles you run, your closest workshop and any notes.

What the site records on its own

• A Google click identifier, if you reached the site from one of our Google ads. It lets us see that an ad led to a booking. It is stored beside your enquiry and is not used for anything else.
• Your IP address, used briefly and in memory only, to limit how many times the forms can be submitted from one place. It is not written to any file or spreadsheet.
• Anonymous, aggregate page statistics through Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Cookies and advertising

This site loads Google's advertising tag, which sets cookies in your browser so Google can tell whether an advertisement led to a booking request. That is the only third-party script on the site, and measuring our advertising is the only thing it is used for here. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you or to show you ads elsewhere.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will keep working normally. You can also manage what Google does with advertising data in your Google account settings.

Where your enquiry goes

A booking or fleet enquiry is written to a private spreadsheet that only the business can open, and emailed to the workshop you chose. That is the whole path. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the business except the service providers that make the site work: Google, which hosts the spreadsheet and delivers the email, and Vercel, which hosts the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our ordinary business record-keeping obligations. If you would like your enquiry removed sooner, ask us and we will delete it.

Seeing or removing your information

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact whichever workshop you dealt with and we will sort it out.

Complaints

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right. If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
